Also, what about women from places in the world that have naturally higher testosterone levels? Should they be forced to take medication to artificially suppress their levels like World Athletics has decided (e.g Castor Semenya)? This isn’t a black and white issue for them.

There has never been a transgender woman to podium or even compete for podium in any major marathon. This crisis of unfairness is completely made up to dehumanize trans people. No one is just waking up and deciding to change the group they are competing in. Most trans woman who compete in sports have been taking estrogen and testosterone blockers for years.
