my personal tip is make a timing template in a faster program (like capcut) while going off math in that, calculate how many frames will be one beat based off your BPM and depending on the song BPM you can have it be mathematically perfect (fl studio is useful because it shows centiseconds, turn that into a percentage and then find that same percentage relative to 30/60/whatever fps you use)
