@suzownhan.g: Empress Nam Phuong ( Hán tự: 南芳皇后 ;Maria teresa nguyễn hữu thị Lan ; november 14, 1913 - September 15, 1963 )was the wife of Emperor Bao Dai of the Nguyen dynasty and the last queen of the monarchy in Vietnamese history. Her coronation as queen after the wedding made her one of the two Nguyen dynasty empresses to hold the title of Queen while still alive, alongside Thua Thien Cao Huang Empress, the wife of Emperor Gia Long. She was also the only Catholic queen in Vietnamese history. She contributed to establishing schools for the Congregation of Our Lady in Vietnam in 1935.
