I have the same hitch the ball should have a small handle under the flap. If it’s not there it most likely has broken off or the pin fell out and the handle is now lost.

I had a 1990 f250 with that same goose neck and we soaked it in pb blaster for about 2 weeks then used a pry bar and pried it out

I have the same one just use heat and good lube with a good long prybar and put it underneath the ball

Heat torch until it’s darn near liquid a more expensive ratchet strap and a pry bar if that all don’t work we cut it out get it too work and weld it back in
