I stock up on liquid melatonin whenever I’m in somewhere like Spain it’s like €10 euros and it works so well for my sleep

They have melatonin is which is only available on prescription in England that’s why they work aha x

Would you say they help with a deeper sleep? Or to fall asleep? I do like early morning shifts (3am-10am) and struggle to fall asleep so early in the day, just wondering wether I should get them or not xx
