The whole thing about being an adult is the MINUTE, MIIIIIIINUUUUUTE you get some cashola saved up for something big (car,holiday,wedding) something goes wrong like blown appliances, leaking ceilings....isn't adulting the best?! hopefully your insurance covers it for you guys xxx

was going to say did you call the SES? Glad you got a plumber quickly. Once it is springtime, it might be time to sell up and move. That mould... the water infiltration to your interior roof, insulation, ceiling... etc. Up to you guys, unsure obvs the set up, like multi dwelling etc. Many insurance won't pay if due to lack of preventable maintenance, i.e. emptying gutters etc. So have the invoices available for you claims.xxoo

This happened to me 10 years ago. The dog was so frightened by the noise one the first night he threw up on my bed. We found a short stay apartment the next night.

find a dog friendly hotel. those dehumidifiers might be there for a while. our dishwasher leaked under our floorboards for a whole year and we had those fucking things in the house going non-stop for nearly 6 months drying out the damn slab. hopefully yours won't take that long but it might be a while.

They’re not that loud just close the door lol. I had it going in my bedroom for 6 days from the floods earlier this year and slept in the next room. Back sleeping in my bedroom that’s still half demolished cause insurance is slow lol

my dad has a dog now and I think she owes a lot to my old dogs (rip) my dad was very firm on dogs are outside but hurley and Maddy were very much inside dogs and he used to dog sit for me, anyway they slept inside and now Maisie sleeps inside.
