wait till you get that ceiling boarded and skimmed and walls plastered after all your 1st fixes you'll be well pleased, that's when it looks less like a construction site

don't put a heated towel rail in if you actually want to heat your bathroom. We have one, our bathroom is chuffing freezing and we get bad condensation in winter.
