I always feel conflicted about Mary Queen of Scots, because she did some very silly things that put her into these positions. But she was just a girl, but she shouldn’t have plotted to kill Elizabeth because I can believe she wasn’t involved in the other two plots, but she was involved in the Babington plot 1586

She named Lord Darnley “King of Scots,” giving him royal standing, so when he was murdered and she swiftly married his suspected killer, it wasn’t just scandal - it was treason and regicide. Her own nobles were ready to burn her at the stake for it, forcing her to flee Scotland in disgrace. She sought refuge in England and wore Elizabeth's hand-me-downs whilst secretly plotting. Obsessed with claiming the English throne, she was even willing to sell off her own. In the end, she gave Elizabeth every reason to put her down, not as a rival, but as a conspirator who had long stopped caring about the country she was meant to serve.

when I was a kid I found an arrow head in our field. it's tip was broken and it was small so they must have used it for small game or fowl. I just remember looking at it and thinking of when the last time someone touched it was. then I just looked at the area and got lost in thought of what it must have looked like all those years ago. all these years later I still get lost thinking about how something must have looked before it was invaded/settled by the currant inhabitants.
