Recipe: • Young coconut strips • Coco jelly • Carnation milk • Table cream • 1/2 can ube condensed cream • 2 box clear jelly • 1 tablespoon ube flavor • 1 teaspoon ube flavor paste If you can’t find Ube condensed cream, regular condensed milk will work fine. If you preferred more sweet. Just add more •Making ube jelly. Add 1 tablespoon ube flavor and 1/2 teaspoons ube flavor paste. Followed the instruction on the box. •Make sure to bring water to a full boiling before adding in the sago(mini tapioca pearl). Continue to let it simmer until translucent (20-25 minute).
