Yes devotion brings the romance into loving yourself enough to better yourself, discipline makes it seem too harsh to me and devotion feels like sweetly nurturing myself

yess and instead of “habits” and “routines” create “rituals”. it can be your morning ritual to have tea and journal outside instead of a routine or habit that you either pass/ fail
