Those are called bones style nose rings. They are the worst jewelry that you could use in a piercing because whenever you put the ball in it is stretching your piercing, but the actual jewelry is a thinner gauge so your nose will close up. That’s why it doesn’t come out but whenever it’s time to take it out, your nose has gotten used to the gauge that the bar is not the ball You should be using a flatback stud or corkscrew stud or L shaped studs I find that they tend to fall out easier

Girl, that is an old school nose ring, unfortunately, you pull it hard and fast like a band aide. There will be no damage IF your piercing is healed. Switch the type of jewelry you use, for sure!
