I ordered extra Tencha for my Cuzen matcha grinder, so if unopened, I’ve been storing it in the freezer and it thaws out perfectly!

I keep mine in the refrigerator regardless and just pull it out mins before I use it to come to temp, not good to leave out if you live in a hot climate. Also be careful of storing in freezers as smells (frozen meat) can affect the matcha if not stored properly!
