My mother has this and one day she saw a video about how rubbing your head with a fork (as though you’re combing ur hair) would help gaining more hair. Side effect: she noticed she didn’t hear that sound anymore.

I use hearing aids for sound therapy and it has tremendously help with the tinnitus. I use the hearing aids only for the sound therapy, but in the future, if I needed them for hearing they can be program. Also, another way that you can get tinnitus is from radiation therapy near the base of your skull. Radiation does a lot of damage.
