This is cool and all but how many of them can actually handle a combative subject or write a search warrant after the academy. All about discipline but most academies are lacking the truly important parts of the job.

See if your academy allows high gloss. Honestly having to shine boots in a police academy is horrid. I take one step put of my car in the field and my boots are covered in dirt. I havent shined my boots since graduation.
