That’s not how it works. Calorie cutting doesn’t result in weight loss. If you cut calories,insulin will regulate energy consumption down in order to store the necessary amount to survive. You don’t lose weight that way. You lose weight from nutrient-dense foods and little/no refined carbs and sugars. Couple that with TRE or IF, and the body will shed excess while maintaining healthy hormonal and metabolic cycles.

I dropped 53kgs in 11 months by being in a calorie deficit. I was able to put on 7kgs+ in muscle because I prioritised my protein intake and weight trained. Hard work but worth the effort. I did 1g protein x height in cms👍
