iv not had a cigarette in almost 17 years . and i was a heavy smoker 20 to 30 fags a day and was smoking for 30 years . so yes anyone can do it. if they really put there mind to it and want to give up. x

I smoked for years, even being hypnotised didn’t help tried patches and vapes had to do it cold turkey in the end it was murder for about 2 weeks, then finally gave up 🤦🏼♀️it’s not easy good luck if you fail try again
