Pregnancy absolutely affects your teeth. & it does create a lot of gum inflammation (which I can see you have a lot of here) but you have to manage it with lots of FLOSSING. Also throwing up causes acid erosion (which leads to tooth decay) you need a prescription fluoride toothpaste. The only comparable hydroxyapatite TP is one that has at least 10% which most do not. For your situation I would be flossing and brushing diligently and using a prevident or MI paste.
