Mine has popped up and went away before however now I get an occasional “ping” sound while working and my computer high/fast, loud and hard while I’m not doing anything. What does that mean? I don’t download anything as its only for work.

if it is malware then the dev was super lazy. you can easily set that to be hidden and have it still run. if you're seeing it at all, then it's likely not malware
