30 lb static curls are the goat. 5 min is rookie stats though. Step it up or move over for someone to "step" in 😆 JKJK. My toddler threw a fit and wouldn't sit in the stroller on the way home from the park today. Add the squat or lunge for that full body experience 👌feel the 🔥

my 6yr old. all the way through Walmart today. twice because we forgot something. without even getting in the vehicle in between. while holding the basket in the other hand. how did i fill the basket you ask? by setting it down. grabbing my item. and putting it in my basket same hand basically doing 2 squats with 50lbs on my hip. every time I needed something. twice
