I’m from Argentina and our chimichurri is made with parsley, oregano, garlic, ground chili, cayenne, salt and pepper. Then vinegar and olive oil. Yummy♥️

Looks great, but one thing to consider: perhaps avoid resting steak in tinfoil as it can end up "carry over" cooking due to the foil retaining and then promoting heat.
