Mobile homes don't keep their value if you shop at Walmart. It's all about how you maintain it. Fill it with cats
& dogs and don't take your trash out but once a year, yep they don't keep their value.

My father has the single wide he bought in 1966. It’s an overflow and rental now. Think he got his moneys worth? Taxes are very very low also.

A lot of counties will not let you bring in single ones. Especially in polk county, georgia, they want you to have three acres, and it has to be at least 1200 heated feet

People say they don’t appreciate, if you keep them up than the land price increases and you make money. I bought several in early 2000s on 1 ac lots for 40,000 ea. sold both of them for 200,000 each the last couple years in TN. Rented them all those years. Good investments for low capital needed to purchase.
