I love to work with folks struggling with this issue, that and unaliving thoughts/actions. It’s where my work began almost a decade ago! I’d love to show how a session with someone who is SH’ing would actually realistically look, but that would be like a 20-25 min video if I wanted to keep it as authentic as possible 🤷🏼‍♀️ so hopefully ya’ll can bear with me on the satirical aspect of this!
