@judgemikebinkley: Before you argue with a cop, ask yourself, is this cop even close to being mentally mature enough to grasp even the most simplistic concepts of the law. Most cops are not. If so, there's absolutely no point! Embarrass them in court and then sue them and remove their qualified immunity and make them pay.
