Morning I have question if they implement new scoring system in November 2026 can I ask reviews that backlogged before November 2026 if was to be implemented do reckon they will use old scoring or use new

OK I know where I went wrong now. thank you James. MR is almost over with now I have to think do I wait 6 months and reapply as my condition has worsened and an appeal could take longer and only evidence sent in at the time of my claim would be taken into account even if its dated before the claim I lost the letters but just found them its very strong evidence

quick question about memory, I'm diagnosed with dissociation amnesia so forget alot of stuff names, places, to eat, takes medication or can overdose etc this is diagnosed on medical file would that count as evidence

I have had the medical report today as I have had to do a review. I won Pip back in October till 2026 at the standard rates things have got significantly worse so I did a renewal Well they told me six weeks to hear then when I phoned to ask they said it could be 16 weeks. Reading the medical report today there is things in there that I never said and like she’s got things wrong like tunnel in right hands and yet she’s put left hand there’s lots of spelling mistakes and it’s saying things that I can do that I told you that I couldn’t do. I try to phone today when Man was looking into it then we got cut off. I phoned back it was 445. Somebody answered transferred me waited till 515. Nobody picked up. I haven’t had my decision yet but reading this form. It just makes me wonder why this has happened.
