Here's what we had: 📍南门涮肉 We queued 2.5hours for this... and it was worth it! The lamb had close to no gameyness, only the pleasant robust meaty flavour that pairs so well with the peanuty sauce. The freshly sliced beef was clean tasting. You must order the lamb skewer as well! Overall🥚: 9/10 🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳 📍四季民福 Best peking duck hands down! They teach you to eat in two ways, we preferred the one with plum sauce. Other cooked food are good as well, watch my previous vid for indepth review. Overall🥚: 7.5/10 🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🟡 📍方砖厂69号炸酱面 Michelin-bib zha jiang mian. Love the noodles texture, so q q. There is so much condiments and sides into the mixture, and the result is a really satisfying flavourful bowl of noodles. Mao du was really good as well.
