Let me add a few to your list.
1. Not bothering to unpack at all. It makes it appear like you don't have plans to stay.
2. To add to the complaining part. Constantly calling Americans stupid. It makes your host family wonder why you bothered to come at all.
3. Refusing to want to meet kids from other school districts. It can make you look uninvolved.
4. Asking for a new family 2 or 3 days after arrival will raise flags to the coordinator. It shows an unwillingness to adapt.
All your red flags plus what I just mentioned I have experienced personally all with the same student. It will lead to a lot of conflict.
