I am too european for this. Our driers colect the lint inside them and we just clean thrm on a regular basis. no fire hazard ,no vermin,no designing our houses around our appliances

It's 2025. Why would anyone still use such outdated dryers. Just get a normal dryer, empty the link screen and the water container and never worry about blocked exhausts again.

Idk what yall are fussing about but usually there's one way flaps that let air and dust blow out but keeps critters from coming in. Just need that instead of a screen that doesn't move 🤷🏽♂️

The vent isnt supposed to expel except in small amounts. The lint trap on they dryer is supposed to catch 80-90% of the lint. the screen on the outside is to keep out pests, but it should he removable to clean out as well.

This happened to me. My dryer was cutting off and I replaced it only to find out the screen was still on🥲

its supposed to have a certain vent that blows out lint easy but prevent critters from going in. honestly its up high enough that lil critters aren't getting in
