I've had the bilt card for 6 months now and the only issue I've had is my credit limit not updating immediately after paying the card off but i talked to wells fargo and they explained it's bc I'm using an outside checking account and it's standard. Other than that I've had no issues with the card. I use bilt protect so it doesn't count towards my limit and otherwise i use the card for dining and rent day

Credit cards are just tools, get a Costco card that’s through Chase, it’s easy. No points to deal with and you get a reward check once a year

This is an insane yap session to say basically nothing holy smokes. So you don't like the app, the customer service could be better, and somehow the card is a pain to pay rent with. I've never had to deal with CS and while the app isn't perfect it's perfectly functional to pay rent and redeem rewards. I spend 0.3 seconds a month thinking about this card.

I’ve had 0 issues with this credit card and for a $0 annual fee and this being the only credit card you can use to get points on paying rent without the credit card fee, I don’t understand why you’re complaining when all you have to do for this card is put your rent + 4 other bills (that you’d already pay via bank and get 0 points for) or small things like gas on the card to get the 5 transactions during the billing cycle

It’s a zero annual fee credit card that you can use to pay your rent without paying a FEE. On top of that you have a chance to win free rent every month. Which credit card does that? Additionally, BILT is a transfer partner with Hyatt! Only one other company is a transfer partner with Hyatt and that’s Chase. It has really great benefits like $800 cellphone protection and CDW. For not having an annual fee and giving you the ability to pay rent with no fees is a win in my book.
