I found the perfect grin size for me was internal setting 3 and external setting 6! It’s going to be different for everyone, but that’s been working really well so far

My question is- why do they not come calibrated from factory? The grinder is literally attached to an espresso machine so we ALL know it’s going to be used to grind for espresso?

I changed my grinder to 3 internal, and it got worse. I was running 3 internal, 15 external. Changed back to 6 (factory) internal and then ran 7 on the grind size and I get great shots
