@jasontichydesign: This is how I designed a logo for Justin Jefferson. His nickname is Jettas—or Jets—and that’s exactly what I wanted to build from. His current logo includes his initials and a jet, but to me, it felt more like merch than a true logo. Great for a t-shirt—but not for a mark that defines a brand. So I stripped it down. What if the jet became the entire focus? It would become cleaner, sharper, and more versatile. So, I dove into dozens of jet silhouettes, breaking them down into pieces— looking for elements that made them feel sharp and fast, a nod to Jefferson’s play on the field.
