Vance wasn't Christian. He converted to Catholicism in 2019 right before he ran for election. Ohio is 16% Catholic and Catholics vote. His wife is Hindu, which is very uncommon for strict Christian or Catholic to marry. I grew up Catholic, he's a fake.

They aren’t Christian and you can’t “make” anyone Christian. Faith and belief can’t be forced. But I hear what you’re saying. JD is a new Catholic convert, aligned with Peter Thiel. They are part of the fundie side of the Catholic world. Opus Dei. The heritage foundation is controlled and bank rolled by Opus Dei. It was started by the evangelicals, but Opus Dei took over a while back. Leonard Leo from the federalist society, also Opus Dei, as is half the Supreme Court. Opus Dei is a full blown cult.
