Andrzej Sapkowski never wrote Ciri to be a Witcher or any women to be a Witcher! He has said publicly that only CDPR has made this decision and that he personally fully supports it. He’s also mentioned it’s canon for women to be Witchers as it’s not a male exclusive transformation.
