I was just researching this because I have the same. It says it could be chemical burn from mixing skincare. I use clear and clean cleanser before applying which may explain it for me. I suppose just of fresh washed face then nothing else before applying

Okay so this happened to me to and now I have a huge chemical burn on my cheek and it’s 3/4 of my cheek so stop using then because it’s causing chemical burns
