I had this for ages! No pain medication or exercise helped it. The ONLY thing that helped at all, was taking liquid collagen. It was a miracle for me. Worked wonders!

Yep I definitely have this I do have arthritis but I don’t believe this is what it is I am glad somebody recognizes us. Thank you. What exercises alleviate this pain I’ve tried everything
