as a kid and having had an older brother, we both never did anything like this, in fact, we both were super clean and organized all the time, but then again my mom was super controlling and would have made an excellent drill Sargent...I hate her

rinse the mop head in the sink. Let it dry & then put in the washer. Don’t put in the dryer let it air dry. You will see a difference in your mop water

Try hanging up poster paper on a couple walls where your toddler likes to draw, he gets his fun and you won’t have to clean up!

I taught my kiddo when he was 2 that we only color on paper, not walls, floors, etc. My daughter started learning just before she turned 2.

You should put up a big piece of paper on a wall for your toddler to color and draw. It won't solve all of the problem, but maybe help redirect some of his artsy inspirations 😊. Small children like drawing while standind, not sitting down.

Give him a place to draw- then you can always just clean the same spot- it’s life and love. The other kids are ok with it, try having maybe a trace paper with a projection and he can start following lines and make art.🙏❤️

For a lot of kids it's a sensory seeking thing to drag their hands along every surface. My kids are definitely wall touchers!

As a kid, my dad used to haller at us “Quit leaning on the wall!” He’d also haller if we were touching it. So it wasn’t too hard for my parent to keep our walls clean. I do not recommend this, I still will not lean on a wall or touch a wall to this day. 🤣

I wash my walls just bc of dust and whatnot, but no my kids or even my toddler doesn’t touch the walls or color on them but I think I just lucked out personally because a lot of peoples kids do so don’t think your kids aren’t normal! Either way people should clean the walls, just like the floors, if it wasn’t for the texture I’d wash the ceiling too lol
