Window AC definitely ain’t overloading the electrical system 😂😂 they are however very dangerous to have on a high rise. The manager should be proactive and ask all residence to raise fees in order to pay for a whole building system.

They just need to by an A/C unit that doesnt sit in the window. They are putting Window ac units in horizonal slider windows which is wrong. That is a safety risk lmao

each apartment should be able to handle minimum of a 60 amp load if it can't then you do not have the correct electrical system for the building a window ac unit for 120v max is 20 amps

My last apartment got sold and the new landlord said washers and dryers were an insurance issue and had to be removed. But then they had an apartment converted too have 6 of each coin operated ones
