My jaw has been like this for two years now, if it’s not too bad for you I would recommend sliding your jaw to one side and then gently opening your mouth - that used to work for me but now nothing is working 💔

Can I get an update? I have the same lock jaw going in. I can still chew, but it looks like this. The one side hurts but the other is fine. My jaw opens crooked. I'm ready to loose it. 😅

I used to deal with this. Heating pads, and then lean forward and totally relax all your facial muscles. Mine would usually unlock then

@Susan Luckhardt okay I can’t find your video but he’s making me a lower splint (heavy duty night guard type thing) to try to realign my jaw). I know yours go to the side too!
