It’s up to 3 days before, and you can do it right up until you get to the immigration officer. If you don’t have it, they don’t do it manually they just make you do it and go to the back of the line (a British guy in our line flipped out and kicked everything when he hadn’t done his)

I have confirmed with TAT that the SIM card campaign already ended in Mar 2024. There is no such campaign since.

You can fill it out when you arrive. That’s what I done and so many others and airport staff helped. Doesn’t need to be done before you arrive
