people calling it “cheating” clearly don’t understand rogue or complex relationships in general. rogue was groomed by magneto, he had power over her, and she could finally touch someone without harming them. imagine going years unable to touch anyone, especially the person you LOVE, and then suddenly being able to with someone who holds that kind of authority over you. that isn’t love, it’s manipulation disguised as comfort. rogue’s story has always been about control, trauma, and loneliness, not some shallow moral test about loyalty. the hate she gets completely misses the point.

Hating Rogue is not justifiable. I don't think people realize what it means to not be able to have an intimate physical relationship with someone they love. Like imagine not being able to touch, kiss hug and whatever the person you're in love with.
