For yrs I suffered from eczema. In 2024 I decided to live outside and I no longer suffer from this skin condition. Being inside you can’t heal the way you should bc you’re not getting vitamin d which supports your bones and immune system.

Triamcinolone works and clears my skin but it’s steroids in it so if I run out or stop using it, it causes my skin to look how it does in the video even worse so i no longer want to use that, aquaphor doesn’t work at all I put it on and my skin eats it right up. I use to use cerav healing ointment but it’s like my skin is not budging so idk guys

I’m a nail technician and my eczema on my hands is terrible but what has been helping is using nitro gloves and lavender oil also black caster oil and raw shea butter

let me tell you this I’m currently going to the same thing. It’s almost everywhere, legs, hands, neck, arms, and I want to go to natural way, but it seem like nothing is naturally working right now. when I used to have a bed before as a kid, I did you try triamcinolone and it worked.

You should go and buy hydrocortisone cream that’s what I use because I have eczema and it’s for sensitive skin and it works for me and it’s Anti-itch cream you can get it at CVS or Walgreens

fragrance free or natural soap only including detergent. gotta eat healthy. no perfume or bath and body works use essential oils.
