@deedeedee105: BRITAIN SHOULD BE ASHAMED... This is what passes for the Justice system in the UK Magistrates' Court. No right of audience, no right to representation, no right to question your accuser. If you ask questions the Bench will order you to be forced to leave the Court, using violence as the 'first option' for those who do not unquestioningly comply. This case took place in what is laughingly called the Hereford Justice Centre on June 10th 2025. Herefordshire Council were going through the ritual of issuing 1461 liability orders and shutting down anyone who dared to challenge the process of their ritual, where the outcome is always the same - you either get a Liability Order a Committal Order - no defence allowed, no questions asked, no representation permitted. You can not represent or talk on behalf of someone that’s not present unless you have right to ordinance ! The magistrate is correct.
