I'm in perimenopause and this is me. I was never smelly. Now at 56 I smell horrible. I wash my armpits so much, they’re almost raw! 😩

I use rubbing alcohol under my arms pits before applying my deodorant. I’ve noticed that spray on deodorant works best for now… I was using men degree It worked for awhile until it didn’t…I also use anti bacteria soap this helps with the body odor….I don’t wear fragrance anymore it tends to make the odor worse.
