I been having both sides lower hip pain but it’s only at night time when I lay flat or lay on my sides I had gave birth a 1 month ago it hurts so bad that I can’t even moved I want to know if it’s common has anyone experienced anything similar to this

I’m not surprised. We have tons of ligaments and fascia lines running up and down our body and quite often when you loosen one part they can have an effect on other parts. I’m glad it seems to be helping you. Have you tried any strengthening exercises?

I’m guessing my daughter has this. She can only walk a short distance and has to sit down. She just had a baby seven months ago.
