What he says is factually legit, take it in what sense thou wilt. Maybe Bitcoin will be the next gold and continually grow in market cap, maybe not. My two cents, have a stop loss.

This will be the last bull run where you can almost guarantee a 5-10x ROI on most assets. After this cycle, it will be a lot more limited on what assets make a run and they will only be producing 1.5-3x, with a LOT more failing than succeeding. It happened with the dot com boom, and it'll repeat the same cycle with Crypto. I am still surprised you aren't in crypto for this last hoo-rah though. Still a lot of money on the table.

For those of us long term investors does the BTC forward return beat 15% CAGR? I’m invested but not looking for massive gains and invest in the ETF, not coins. Does this strategy make sense?

President Trump isn't the typical politician, he doesn't operate from a place of upholding status quo or appeasing or massaging egos to maintain "proper" decorum. As a businessman his own self-interest might actually work in tandem with his America first agenda as seen with these long over due tariff and in removing these electric vehicle mandates 🤔
