They changed the fiscal rules so that investment is not borrowing any more, the financial markets have been told by SOMEONE🤔 to play along and have no problem with it and we'll be buying loads of new weapons from SOME country that'll make loads of money to fight a threat that can't hardly beat one of the poorest countries in Europe. All make sense to me😉
