Creamy filling, imitation crab, cucumber, avocado and a drizzle of spicy mayo make these a fun appetizer that always gets people talking. ⏱ Prep: 20 minutes 🔥 Cook: 12 minutes ❄️ Chill: 30 minutes 🍽 Makes: 24 halves 👇 Recipe 👇 Ingredients • 12 large eggs • ½ cup mayonnaise • 1 tsp rice vinegar • 1 tsp soy sauce • 1 tsp sesame oil • ½ tsp garlic powder Toppings • 1 cup finely chopped imitation crab • ½ cup diced cucumber • ½ avocado, diced • 2 green onions, thinly sliced • Sesame seeds • Furikake seasoning Spicy Mayo • ¼ cup mayonnaise • 1 tbsp sriracha Instructions 1. Hard boil the eggs, cool in an ice bath, peel and slice in half. 2. Remove the yolks and mash until smooth. 3. Mix the yolks with the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic powder. 4. Pipe or spoon the filling back into the egg whites. 5.
