If taking vitamin d make sure you take k3 too. And also have someone tie your shoes a little loosely and get a shoe horn. I had double carpal tunnel surgery 6 weeks apart and had cast on after. Get one of the sock deals to help put socks on. Elastic waistbands for all bottoms.
