I have really bad issues with my skin and hair due to hard water, so I bought the Hello Klean 2.0 shower head filter hoping it would help, but unfortunately I haven’t noticed any improvement at all... If anything, the water pressure/stream is so strong that it’s actually unpleasant to shower with. Changing the filter is also really tricky because the shower head gets stuck and is very difficult to unscrew....

Simple basket recipe with bread, dates, olives and lentil paste 🍞🫒 Ingredients 4 flatbreads or pieces of rustic bread 1 cup dates 1/2 cup green and black olives 1 cup cooked lentils 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of cumin Fresh herbs to finish Preparation Cook the lentils in water until soft. Drain well and place them in a bowl. Mash the lentils with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and cumin. Mix until a rustic paste forms. Warm the bread quickly in a skillet or low oven. Place the bread in a simple basket. Add the dates on the side. Add the olives in a small bowl or directly to the basket. Place the lentil paste in a small clay or ceramic bowl.
