Push pull legs, that's it. Hell if it's a beginner, full body 3 times a week. Just work on form, efficiency and building a habit. Else they will just give up

I would say I’m still a beginner and I have a similar physique to the one in the pictures just a lot leaner is my split okay it’s just back and chest twice a week then all arms twice a week and legs once a week. I probably should be doing legs more but can someone tell me wether my upper body split is enough? I am okay with going gym 5 times a week btw.
