It’s a good scale but all of those numbers except the weight are eye wash and especially the body fat percentage. On just about everybody it will be off from around 3-6% on average

But there’s another new scale that lights up green when you’ve lost weight blue when you’re the same and purple when you’ve gained. It’s a lot sexier than this and it’s cheaper.
